### Til våre samarbeidspartnere

Den 19. februar fikk CBL Insurance Europe DAC (CBLIE) påbud om midlertidig nytegningsstopp (inkluderer også fornyelser) fra sin tilsynsmyndighet Central Bank of Ireland. Inntil videre kan vi heller ikke formidle garantier via CBL Insurance Ltd. (CBLIL).

**Både CBLIE og CBLIL er satt under administrasjon.** Det er bekreftet at alle garantier er gyldige og skadebehandling fortsetter som før, sammen med alle øvrige operasjoner.

Finanstilsynet ble orientert av oss den 20. februar og vi har jevnlig dialog med CBL Insurance Europe DAC, CBL Insurance New Zealand, Finanstilsynet og Central Bank of Ireland.
